Becoming someone's mentor is a unique opportunity to share your experiences. It is also about giving something back from what you have received in life.

You are interested in sharing your experiences with a younger person?

You are willing to listen to someone's situation and to give feedback from your perspective?

You are ready to invest in someone else by giving some of your precious time?

Send your application to and indicate "mentor application" in the subject. A full application contains a personal statement about your motivation (up to 300 words) and a description about your life (up to 500 words/alternatively a CV can be handed in). Include contact details.

By handing in your application you state your sincere interest in becoming a mentor. Your application will be considered in the following days. None of your personal details is shared with any third party. Before you get connected to a mentee we will get back to you to confirm your interest and availability.

Example of a Mentee

Jenny (23 years) was doing an apprenticeship after high-school. She is currently thinking about continuing education by studying at university. The mentoring conversations help her to define the chances and risks of doing so, and support her in finding out what it really is she wants to do in life.
